Returns & Exchanges

The Hen House does not offer returns or refunds. We do however offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. Please send your request to bygabrielarivas@gmail.com. Customer must pay for return shipping. Once the item(s) are received, we will go ahead and process the exchange. Items MUST be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION. No exceptions.

Shipping

We offer fast standard shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

The Hen House is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help you track your package. Once your package leaves our premises, the shipping company is responsible. You would have to submit a claim through them.
